Eric Lukkarinen of American Veteran Properties

Eric Lukkarinen

BROKER/OWNER

“Following my years of military service, I made the choice to go into real estate. I’ve personally held and flipped over 100 homes and have closed hundreds of homes for my clients. I am fortunate to have achieved remarkable success with this venture. I’m proud to say that I have served within leadership on the Hinesville Area Board of REALTORS as a director for roughly 11 years and as board president with great success. In addition, in 2007 I received the HABR REALTOR of the year award and was nominated as Georgia REALTOR of the year in 2008. I’ve been serving in this business for almost 20 years, and I’ve developed a passion to start a veteran focused real estate firm to serve the needs of our American troops and their families.”

American Veteran Properties Agents Caitlyn

Caitlyn Rowe

REALTOR

“Hi, my name is Caitlyn Rowe. I was born and raised in Northern Ohio. I am an Army spouse of 9 years, and a mom to 3 amazing boys. Along with being a real estate agent, I am a licensed Cosmetologist and a Registered Dental Assistant. You will usually find me outside exploring with my family or inside crafting. I have a love for all things vintage. This is our second time being stationed here at Ft. Stewart, and Georgia has really become home to us. We purchased our first home here in 2015 and we have since bought a total of 3 homes, two of which we successfully rent out ourselves. Being a military family, we move often and finding our next place to live is not always the easiest. So being able to educate military families on the benefits of their VA loans and how one purchase can turn into a lifetime investment, has really fueled my love for this career. I look forward to answering any questions you may have and helping you find your next home!”

Jenah Wieczorek

REALTOR

Jenah is a former Director of Marketing and Social Media, but always had a passion for real estate. Buying multiple properties and successfully renting them herself, each PCS made this Army spouse realize that she wanted to be an agent and educate other families on the process. With five PCSs worth of experience, Jenah is ready to help you find your “right now home” or forever home. When not working, you can find her helping the local spouse club, volunteering with the SFRG and PTO, and running a meal ministry for fellow military families in her neighborhood. Jenah is married to an active-duty soldier, has two children, and one fur baby.

In my free time you can usually find me outside on the golf course, or inside watching sports with friends.

Joining AVP was a no brainer for me when transitioning out of the military because it provided me with the opportunity to pursue my passion for real estate while still serving the community I love.  I have first-hand experience and understanding of the constant demands and stress that come with being a service member. My main goal is to make your home buying or selling process as easy and stress free as possible for you and your family. Nick Arena

REALTOR

“Hi, my name is Nick Arena. My journey to where I am today started at college, where I studied criminal justice with the intent to join the FBI. Late in my college career, I realized that was not the path I wanted to take, so after I graduated I enlisted into the Army.

During my time in the Army, I developed a passion for investing and building wealth. After serving four years as a Military Intelligence Systems Maintainer out of the 173rd Airborne Brigade, I transitioned into the civilian equivalent to my job in the military, a Systems Administrator.

After working on computers for about five years, I decided I wanted a career that is more in tune with my passion of investing, so I chose to become a real estate agent.

I love talking all things real estate and find it extremely interesting and exciting. I could talk for hours about the topic, and love educating people who are interested in learning. As a veteran, I was happy to find a place of business that focuses on working with and educating Active duty service members on the benefits of property ownership, because that is directly in line with my interests. It’s easy to perform at a high level when you love what you do, and I will stop at nothing to make sure you get the best experience when it comes to buying or selling a home.”

Immediately following high school, I joined and was stationed in Virginia Beach, Virginia with Maritime Expeditionary Security Squadron 2. Here I deployed to the U.A.E and provided maritime security to High-Value Assets in the port of Jebel Ali.
